Terms of Service

Last updated September 1, 2026. Written in plain language first; where a legal term matters, it appears beside the plain version.

§1

What CannyIntern provides

CannyIntern runs reviewer-checked cohort training for engineering students. Enrollment buys a seat in a scheduled cohort: structured modules, human reviews, final evaluation, and a verifiable training-completion certificate for those who pass.

We do not sell certificates. A certificate issues only when every module passes review and the final evaluation is cleared. Acceptance for academic credit is decided by each college.

§2

Seats, fees, and cohorts

Pilot fee ₹999 all-inclusive per track. Fees are per-cohort and all-inclusive as listed on the program page. A seat request is not a seat: our desk confirms seats in application order and payment is taken only after confirmation.

Cohorts run on published dates. If we reschedule a cohort, confirmed candidates may move to the next cohort or take a full refund.

§3

Conduct and fair use

Submitted work must be your own. Plagiarised or purchased submissions lead to removal from the cohort without certification, after one written warning except in cases of forged identity, which lead to immediate removal.

Live sessions may be recorded for audit and mentor-training purposes. Recordings are never published without consent.

§4

Verification registry

Issued certificates appear in the public verification registry with the candidate name, program, hours, dates, and mentor sign-off. Enrollment constitutes consent to this publication, which is the mechanism that makes the certificate trustworthy.
