Before the cohort starts
Full refund, no questions, up to 48 hours before the cohort start date. Write to the registry desk from your enrollment email and the reversal is initiated within five working days.
To claim: write from your enrollment email with your application reference and 12-digit UTR. Reversals go back to the source account within five working days of approval.
During week one
Withdraw within the first week and receive a 50% refund. Logged, mentor-reviewed hours from week one remain credited if you rejoin a later cohort within one year.
After week one
Fees are non-refundable once week two begins, because mentor review bandwidth for your seat is committed. If we remove you for a conduct violation, the same schedule applies.
If CannyIntern cancels or reschedules a cohort, confirmed candidates choose between a full refund and a transfer to the next cohort.
